All our deliveries within Australia are a flat rate of $15 using a road courier.
We usually pack and ship items within one business day of receiving an order. If there are any potential delays to this we will notify you as soon as possible and work through a way of rectifying this in a timely manner.
We endeaver to keep our online store up to date. In the unlikely event that an item is purchased that is not in stock, we will notify you of this as soon as possible with information on either a refund or the production time to create the item.
Items can be damaged or lost in transit. Please inspect all packages upon delivery and notify us immediately if the package appears to be damaged. If any items arrive damaged, notify us within 3 days so that we can rectify this as soon as possible.
We create handmade products and so variation in finish and form is inevitable. If you receive an item from us that is faulty or not as described, bring this to our attention within 3 days of receiving the item so that we can make steps to either replace the item or refund the cost.
